What sets Interwoven apart is its intricate design and the way the multi-radius pipes seamlessly blend into each other. This level of complexity presented a challenge in both the design and production process. Using a combination of algorithmic software and 3D CAD software, Mortazavi was able to create a detailed 3D model that preserved the intricate interweaving of the pipes.

The production of Interwoven involved the use of 3D printers and the "Lost Wax" casting method. The final product was crafted from 18k rose gold with a black plated coating, adding to its unique and elegant appearance. The ring stands at a height of 35mm and has a width of 25mm, with a ring size of 55 Euro standard.

Throughout the design process, Mortazavi conducted extensive research to ensure that the intricate details and complexity of the design were preserved. The challenge lay in finding the right balance between maintaining the design's complexity and ensuring that it could be accurately modeled using CAD/CAM software.

Interwoven has received recognition for its exceptional design. In 2016, it was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in the Jewelry, Eyewear, and Watch Design category. This prestigious award is given to designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise, innovation, and artistic skill.
